Eclectika, The Cultural Festival of National Institute of Technology Raipur, scheduled in Spring every year is considered as the largest College festival of Central India so far. It attracts students from more than 100 colleges all over India. Eclectika is a word comprising all the strings needed for the music of innovation, conception and success, a platform to foster the nursery of talents and choosing the best, a sense of unity among the individuals.
The eclectic journey began in 2007, being the Youngest in CENTRAL INDIA, we promise to be much more fun,entertaining, rocking!!!

An extremely enjoyable Dance workshop was conducted on 16,17,18 January . Duration was from 5:30-7:30 p.m . The workshop was of Hip Hop style. First day of the workshop was conducted by Mr Prateek Modi, second day by Tushar Kapoor and third day was by Harsha Vardhan Bhan who taught dance through spiritual conscience. And they taught the ease to dance moves.The number of participants were 46 some of them from our college and others from nearby colleges interested in dance had attended. And all the participants were honoured with participation certificates.
ttt - terribly tiny tales workshop was conducted by Anuj Gosalia.The workshop was conducted on 14 January . Duration of workshop was three hours.And the workshop was about the righteous way to express your thoughts and feelings in short. In the workshop participants were taught the best utilisation of vocabulary and during the interaction time the participants got clarified their doubts . The participants were asked to write a tiny tale on the given topic and were provided by a link to send their tiny tales. The number of participants were 53 and all were honoured with online certificate to their respective mails from ttt organisation.
Ethical hacking workshop was conducted by TECH BHARAT CONSULTANSY on 28,29 February and of 16 hours. The modules covered were essence of ethical hacking, introduction to ethical hacking , introduction to cyber forensics, email hacking and tracing, buffer overflow module, computer hacking and forensics, Trojan and Backdoors and sniffers module, Evading IDS , honey pots, firewall module. The orator also explained the importance of hackers and the need for professional hackers to India. He also explained the scam of Freedom 250 phone by explaining cloud storage . The number of participants were around 200 and all of them were honoured with certificates from TECH BHARAT and participation certificate from ECLECTIKA.
Art workshop was conducted by Design Cut organisation from Raipur . It was conducted on 4 February from 11:00 - 3 p.m and was about painting. All the requirements were provided by organisers . They explained the way to choose colours and the rules to be followed for giving a shade to make a normal painting look like as if our eyes are lying .Competition was conducted at the end . In the competition the participants were asked to paint fruits and vegetables kept on cloth on a table. And the professionals assisted them to present the best and made them free from their difficulties. The number of participants were 31 . The first three winners received prizes. And all the participants were honoured with participation certificates.
